pofon doesn't block anyone. If you were blocked, the
administrator decided that s/he doesn't want to
communicate with you, not us.
We list individual hosts, so if you're listed you're
most probably doing something nasty. Or your machine
does. Before complaining please verify that your
system is free from malware and were not spamming,
or tried to attack mailservers. If you are a mail relay
please check your users and look for foreign connections
using stolen credentials (smtp auth, webmail).
Removal is usually not required: pofon automagically
expire entries in a few hours, so accidental spamming
only list you for a few hours. Repeated offenders get
listed longer, but then you need extremely good
reasoning to get unlisted anyway.
Do not try to remove yourself if you do not experience
any problems (like when nobody is actually blocking
your email). Try to clean up and wait a bit.
If you get removed and relisted your stay will be
longer. Try to clean up before removal. Repeated
removal requests are frowned upon by machines and
admins, eventually.

We welcome spambots filling this form. Obviously you
will blacklist yourself, but voluntary enrolling isn't
strictly forbidden. You cannot get listed twice so don't
push it unless you want to get a distributed firewall
entry, too.
